Our practice is located on the campus of Community Hospital North and The Indiana Heart Hospital on the Northeast side of Indianapolis. We are minutes from the Castleton area, and easily accessible from I-69 and I-465.
- From I-465 East: Take the I-69 exit, stay in right lane, and take the 82nd Street exit. Turn slightly left to take the Shadeland Avenue ramp. Turn left onto 82nd Street. Turn right onto Clearvista Parkway and follow to 8101 on the left. Free parking is located close to the building.
- From I-465 South: Take the I-69 exit, stay in right lane, and take the 82nd Street exit. Turn slightly left to take the Shadeland Avenue ramp. Turn left onto 82nd. Turn right onto Clearvista Parkway and follow to 8101 on the left. Free parking is located close to the building.
- From I-69 South: Take the 82nd Street exit, and turn left onto 82nd Street. Pass the light at Shadeland Avenue, then turn right onto Clearvista Parkway. Follow Clearvista Parkway to 8101 on the left. Free parking is located close to the building.
